I've chosen to create a collection based on the variations of art equipment that has gone past its time of use. I think it will be interesting to put together an exhibition presenting what I can find of my supplies as an art student, as I tend to keep a lot of stuff and only get rid of it when I have absolutely no need for it anymore. I aim for the collection to be humorous in its tone as I'm hoping to accompany photographs with descriptive stories about each item and how they have come to be in the condition they are in. I want to produce this fictional narrative surrounding these art supplies that can be fun to read and interesting to look at collectively. I intend to produce an honest reflection of what an art student does with their most significant items.
